Voice Group Call system is divided into four main parts of the procedure:
1. The client, 2 server .3, .4 charge system, Softswitch setting system
Client
Business mainly process is the user submitted a list of mass numbers ,then the system dial-up numbers,and the advertising voice send to customers. According to the setting inside the system it could directly ring back to the position telephone.
âÂÂvoice settings: Users can set up and upload their own voice ads
â key settings:It can be the key of ring back to the position telephone and renewly listen.
â Task setting,:The user can set the group-call numbers(which can be set different parts and upset the numbers when dailing)
âÂÂposition dailing Number setting.
âÂÂCalling information window : It is used to vision the calling number when dailing and there are keys to control "Start" and "suspended".
â Adapter table:It is used to vision the list of position dailing number ( (mainly include calling number,position telephone number).
âÂÂcalling list: It is used to vision the numbers have been called.
Server
It is used to receive WEB data, and managed the client (the client can be added, deleted, and vision the online status)
Charge System
The system can set agents (three level) and manage the payment of every accounts.
It can set different group rates for each user ,and vision real-time CDR.
The system Softswitch
It is mainly used to manage the settings for the line.
